In addition to the usual assorted works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, both Franz Josef Haydn (1732-1809) and Georg Frideric Handel (1685-1759) will be celebrated in their anniversary years. Audience favorite Geoff Riley will return as the birthday-boy.
Selections from Haydn’s ‘part songs’ and movements from Handel’s "Dixit Dominus", including De torrent in via bibet and Gloria Patri represent these prolific composers who were Mozart’s contemporaries.
