Once again actors Robin Goodrin Nordli, Jim Finnegan and Michael Elich join the Southern Oregon Repertory Singers in presenting their seventh annual concert of readings and songs of Shakespeare. Traditionally ehld on the stage of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s Elizabethan Theatre, this is a concert not to be missed.
Highlighted works are will included the world premiere of a new song cycle by composer-in-residence Craig Kingsbury, in addition to Sweet Love Remembered by Lane Johnson, a jazz version of It was a lover and his lass by Ward Swingle, If Music be the Food of Love by Jean Belmont, Caliban's Song by David Hamilton and When he shall die by Steven Sametz among many other composers who celebrated the glory of the Bard’s words.
